A STORY STEEPED IN TRADITION

When he was a little boy, 

Jean spent many wonderful days in the kitchen of his father, a famous baker in a little French village.

This started a lifelong passion with the traditions and skills passed down to him flowing through each one of his creations. Today, Jean is now our head pastry chef and is driven by one single desire: to make real French pastries for his customers.
